With the progress of science and technology, the demand for experiments in space is increasing, and the number of extravehicular experiments carried out by spacecraft is also increasing gradually. Manned spacecraft is an ideal platform for extravehicular experiment because of its large size, strong carrying capacity and human participation. In this paper, according to the requirements of extravehicular experiment, comprehensive support capability and technical characteristics of large manned spacecraft, a design method of extravehicular experiment support system is proposed, and the design or simulation analysis methods of eliminating manipulator operating error, wireless network system extravehicular layout and thermal control support capability analysis are presented. The extravehicular experiment support system can work in collaboration with the space manipulator and replace the extravehicular payload on orbit without astronaut extravehicular activity, which improves the resource utilization efficiency of the spacecraft.
