When driving in a vehicle-road collaboration scenario, data can be exchanged and processed with very high reliability between vehicles and infrastructure, and 5G communication technology can ensure this process very well. However, the continuity of 5G communication is often affected by the interruption of the network across the border, so that the reliability of processing data when the vehicle and road are coordinated cannot be guaranteed. This paper simulates cross-border switching in the form of switching between different operators, and covers the satellite network in the low-signal area between the networks of two operators, and seamlessly switches the network through a smart router. Thus through this communication method, the continuity of 5G communication services is guaranteed. Finally, by testing the delay of data information, it is proved that such a method is enough to meet the continuity requirements of 5G communication, and it is safe and reliable enough to guide the vehicle for advanced driving.
