In most of the industrial applications exothermic chemical reactor is used that is modeled using CSTR. It is important for understanding the process of steady and unstable states. To know the serious issues of thermal runaway as it increases the temperature of exothermic reaction. For any exothermic reaction to be maintained in efficient operation it must always be kept away from thermal runaway. This project goal is to do mathematical modelling for CSTR runaway time and to estimate the serious issues related to runaway.
