Plate rubber shock absorbers are widely used in large steel structure environment, especially in bridge and Marine fields. The 2–9 plate rubber shock absorber model are established, and the results of static structure analysis, modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of different plate rubber shock absorbers are obtained, and their static stiffness, dynamic stiffness and natural frequency are obtained. The simulation results of plate rubber damper under the same load are calculated and compared. The results of static analysis show that the stiffness of the shock absorber increases with the increase of the number of layers and the deformation decreases, and the maximum deformation occurs in the middle of the top rubber layer under the same size and stress. The modal analysis results show that the natural frequency of the absorber decreases with the increase of the number of layers. The harmonic response results show that under the same excitation force, the shock absorber becomes more stable with the increase of the number of shock absorber layers. The simulation results are of guiding significance to the practical application of sandwich shock absorber in large mechanical equipment.
