Engineering simulations are being developed with software tools that can easily model system dynamics. The lack of advanced visualization capabilities of these tools is a problem for end users and customers. Demonstrating the results of simulations by texts and charts may be sufficient for developers, but it is not usually meaningful for end users. In this paper, a generic simulation visualization tool using web technologies and geographic information systems is presented. Integration of the visualization tool with advanced simulation tools that are widely used by the engineering community has been also provided. In this way, simulation developers can easily present their results in an advanced three dimensional virtual environment either in real time or in simulation time without knowing almost anything about how to use visualization technologies.
