The description presented by this paper is about an induction type linear accelerator, which consists of single stator coil producing a magnetic field pulse of high intensity and strength. This field accelerates an aluminum or copper (non-ferrous) base plate carrying suitably higher current, which is induced by the magnetic field created by stator coil. Upon acceleration, mini or micro satellites can be made to ascend to considerably high altitudes by utilizing Lenz launchers. The Lenz launcher is given the task of boosting the initial velocity of or applying exit velocity over small sized rocket or missiles without any chemical propulsion. This concept is cheap and unlike conventional rocket propulsion the chances of accidents or launch failure due to highly flammable rocket fuel is very less and echo friendly. The whole system can achieve practical feasibility by using high current pulse for suitable time and also by employing multiple stator coil. The sole purpose of this project is the provision of an alternative for conventional rocket propulsion, since it proves to be economically demanding for mini satellites which are not reusable [1].
