In this paper, we build a evaluation index system of traffic bearing condition of the 21 cities in Sichuan Province. It also employs an entropy method to comprehensively measure the condition of Sichuan Province. According to overall scores, the 21 cities are classified into five categories with SPSS23.0: smooth traffic regions; relatively smooth traffic regions; mild congestion regions; relatively traffic congestion regions and serious traffic congestion regions.
