Self-Raman-shifted (SRS) crystalline laser materials offer attractive simplicity for the development of multiwavelength, compact, all-solid-state sources. We report here results for the power scaling performance of Yb:KGW using a 15 W fibre-coupled diode operating at 980 nm.
