A high gain Fabry Perot Resonator Antenna (FPRA) configuration with a E shaped patch radiator is presented. The E shaped patch radiator is etched on Perfect Dielectric Substrate (PDS) air with a Perfect Electrical Conductor (PEC) ground plane. The high gain is realized by employing a Partially Reflective Surface (PRS) structure to achieve an unchangeable reflection phase with a source antenna to excite the $\mathbf{5\mathrm{x}3}$ array PRS square ring cells. The proposed Fabry Perot Resonator (FPR) antenna is designed to operate at 1.8GHz, simulated and results show that the antenna has −10dB impedance bandwidth of about 10% operating in the frequency range of 1.74GHz – 1.92GHz. The gain of the antenna has around 12.5dB over the band.
