With the rapid development of seaborne refrigeration trade, the risk of refrigerated containers in shipping has attracted much attention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the risk and risk levels of refrigerated containers during shipping. In this paper, the risk of refrigerated container shipping as the goal, the marine risk assessment index of refrigerated container was established, and the evaluation model was established by using the theory of Evidential Reasoning (ER) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate the risk of fruit and vegetable Marine cold-chain logistics in Thailand and northeast China. Through the research results, it is found that the evaluation model established in this paper can be well evaluated in the field of oceanic cold chain with incomplete information.
