In this paper, a one-dimensional inverse synthetic aperture radar imaging method is developed to image multiple moving targets located in the same beam of antenna and the same range gate using a narrow band coherent radar. It uses the Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT) to separate target signal from the mixed returned signal in the two dimensional time-frequency domain. Therefore, the multiple moving target imaging is changed into a number of single moving target imaging, and motion compensation and image reconstruction techniques for a single target can be used to obtain the image of each target. The simulated radar data of two B-52 aircraft in straight flight with different speed and illuminated by an X-band ground-based stationary narrow band coherent radar are produced by means of electromagnetic simulation based on the panel method combined with the CAD of the target configuration. The reconstructed one-dimensional cross-range images of B-52 verify the proposed method,.<>
