The traditional flight controller design does not consider the reconfiguration after actuator failure, and cannot take advantage of the redundant control of multiple surfaces. This paper proposes a design strategy based on the traditional controller combined with control allocation. Firstly, use the eigenstructure assignment method to design the traditional controller to obtain the three-axis virtual control command; then, design the reconfiguration controller, with the jamming faults of the actuator, the control allocation method is used to coordinate the distribution of the multiple control surfaces, which will play the potential of redundant control surfaces. Simulation shows that the reconfiguration controller design in this paper can quickly redistribute other control surfaces to control aircraft when the actuator fails, which compensates for the influence of the actuator failure, and ensures the dynamic response performance and flight quality of the aircraft. This achieves a good control effect.
