The paper presents a new application of RCEML with a plate projectile. Two kinds of projects are presented according to the load. The first project, for a large load, adopts electromagnetic assisted propulsion where the electromagnetic propulsion replaces the first stage rocket. When the projectile reaches a certain speed, another rocket stage will be needed to make it enter orbit. Based on the above technology, we designed a new electromagnetic assist system that has multilevel and multistage structure, and simulated the system. The electromagnetic propulsion completely replaces the rocket in the second stage. The paper shows that small loads including mini-satellites enter orbit directly at a certain speed by using the RCEML technology.
