Aviation safety has always been the most important part of civil aviation. Conflict detection and real-time route modification are the foundation to ensure aviation safety. If there are flight conflicts in the future, conflict resolution is to formulate an optimal route that satisfies flight constraints without conflict. The complex spatial environment of physical factors such as air traffic, meteorology and topography are defined as multiple constraints in this proposal. Then the concept of aircraft generalized conflict resolution under multiple constraints is illustrated. The minimum fuel consumption and shortest delay time for aircrafts conflict relief are two factors used in optimization function. The artificial potential field method is used to get the optimal strategy to avoid complex airspace threat. To sum up, the characteristics and innovations of this project can be summarized as follows: 1) For the first time, a generalized aircraft conflict resolution model in complex airspace environment is established based on the recognition of airspace environmental factors, which solves the problem of generalized conflict resolution faced by aircraft crew and air traffic control systematically. 2) The simulation platform of aircraft conflict resolution in complex airspace environment is established to realize the display of three-dimensional optimal flight path solution or the visualization of dynamic flight process. The feature cognitive mechanism for the complex environmental elements reflect the flight safety, such as physics, geometry and behavior characteristics will be revealed. The key technology of the optimal control problem modeling and trajectory optimization is solved. And an aircraft conflict relief simulation platform is established also. The optimization economical trajectory will be solved to ensure flight safety in a complex spatial environment. Three major problems will be solved by the generalized conflict resolution based on partial authorization of airborne aircraft environmental monitoring system and flight plan respectively. The results can improve the future air traffic transportation efficiency, support the improvement for the aircraft comprehensive environmental surveillance based on the Trajectory Based Operations (TBO). It has important theoretical and practical significance for the global optimal free flight.
