This paper couples the UAV power demand analysis model with the power supply system model, and builds a complete source-grid-load model of the fuel cell UAV hybrid power system, which can save the research and development cycle and cost. First, the UAV longitudinal kinematics model and propulsion system model are established for the load side, which can be used to convert the UAV flight mission profile into the required power. Second, models for the source side of the fuel cell and lithium battery subsystems are developed. To more accurately predict the power requirement, the fuel cell system model, which also comprises the output characteristic model and the air supply system model, analyzes the power consumption of the air compressor. For the grid side, the large-signal model of converters is used to speed up simulation while maintaining dynamic properties. Finally, the accuracy of the model is verified by Simulink simulation.
