The paper presents uncertainty estimation of measuring circuit during cutting forces measurement using the piezoelectric dynamometer. The research results of the influence of the milling direction in relation to the rolling direction and cutting speed vc on the value of cutting force during machining of aviation aluminum alloys (EN AW-2017A T451 and EN AW-2024 T351) are given. The measuring circuit was a Kistler 9257B piezoelectric dynamometer, 5070A amplifier, 5697A DAQ module and Dynoware software. The uncertainty was estimated based on a calibration certificate (A method) and statistical data from measurement results (B method).
