An air defense threat assessment model is proposed based on the three variables of mission execution capability, air defense threat intensity, and threat reduction, and the analysis model of the variable influencing factors of air defense threat is given. In order to evaluate the ability of the UAV to reduce air defense threat, an evaluation model of air defense decision-making ability based on a multi-attribute factor fuzzy algorithm is proposed. On the basis of determining the membership degree of single factor evaluation and selecting the fuzzy relation operator, the method and process of selecting the weight of each decision factor are designed, and the reference factors for evaluating the air defense capability of the UAV are proposed. Through the construction of the air defense model and the simulation analysis of the air defense capability, it is concluded that the evaluation model of the air defense decision-making capability improves the survivability and the mission success rate of the UAV.
