Aiming at the problem of difficult positioning and survivability during the hard landing recovery process of missile-borne recorder, a positionable missile-borne recorder structure containing beacon and microstrip antenna was designed and simulated and tested. Create a three-dimensional model of the recorder through Solidworks and import it into Abaqus simulation software to simulate the falling process of the recorder after falling off the projectile, and Obtain stress cloud diagrams and acceleration curves of key recorder components; At the same time, the maximum acceleration that the beacon and microstrip antenna can withstand is verified by the impact table drop hammer test. Finally, compare the maximum acceleration that the beacon and microstrip antenna can withstand in simulation and experiment. The comparison results show that the recorder structure is designed reasonably, can withstand the strong impact of falling from high altitude, and can ensure the reliable operation of the beacon and the microstrip antenna.
