This paper mainly analyzes the mechanism of radio frequency (RF) jamming on Beidou software receiver (BD-SDR) measurement and the evaluation index is proposed. The tracking errors of code tracking and carrier tracking loops are simulated with the effect of different RF signals. Taking BD-SDR as the research object, jamming test is carried out on B1 frequency. The influence of different RF signals on tracking loops and measurement accuracy of BD-SDR is analyzed. Conclusion is drew that better jamming effect can be achieved with matching wave jamming signal. There is a certain guiding significance of the research results on the design of Beidou satellite navigation receiver and of the jammer.
