The article deals with progressive and innovative methods used in the field of technical aircraft testing. In the introduction, the authors define and introduce the concept of ground handling of the aircraft and also describe its most important components. In the following chapter, the authors deal with virtual reality as the most potent tool in this area and also present its current use in one of the tasks of ground handling. The third chapter presents innovative technical solutions used for various ground handling activities. The conclusion of the article is a summary in which the authors point out further potential directions in this area and the issues that need to be addressed in the future.
