Compared with the traditional manned vehicle, the unmanned vehicle has the advantages of predictability of behavior, quick response, accuracy of perception and never being tired, which can increase safety and reliability of driving. In this paper, a control rule of unmanned vehicle's behavior decision is presented by making comprehensive evaluation in interval type-2 fuzzy sets and fuzzy control rules in time-varying universe synthesized, and providing a new solution to the problem of the unmanned vehicles' decision-making progress.
