Aiming at the phenomenon that special parking spaces for new energy vehicles are occupied by fuel vehicles, this paper proposes a new energy parking space management system based on target detection to manage special parking spaces for new energy vehicles. This article first uses the target detection algorithm to locate the license plate, distinguishes the color of the license plate through the color feature recognition algorithm, reads the location license plate information through the character recognition algorithm, and uses the above algorithm to process the vehicle information Introduce the management system to determine whether the incoming vehicle is a new energy vehicle. Experiments have proved that the management system proposed in this paper can effectively manage the special parking spaces for new energy vehicles. This paper uses the above system to greatly reduce the labor cost of managing the special parking spaces for new energy vehicles.
