This research first reviews domestic and foreign research on building energy efficiency and building energy consumption factors. Based on literature research, it studies the demographic characteristics, building characteristics, lifestyle, energy-saving awareness, and equipment characteristics that affect the energy consumption of urban residential buildings. 29 indicators in each aspect. Based on the analysis and screening of the above four influencing factors, a multiple linear regression prediction model based on correlation analysis is established. This model is different from the traditional linear multiple regression analysis and modeling. All factor variables of energy consumption are included in the model, but the redundant variables of the model are eliminated after correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis. The results show that the accuracy rate of energy consumption is 97.5%.
