Traffic Road Accidents rates in Indonesia are still high. Various kinds of research have been developed to reduce the accident rate on the highway. Although automotive companies have tried to improve the safety factor of their vehicles, however, it is still not enough to reduce the accidents. This research develops the tire tilt detection feature and vehicle mileage for use in intercity travel companies with warning notification as an alert for periodic service. The system was built using Arduino, Xbee ProS2C, Hall Effect Sensor Keyes-003, and accelerometer MMA7361. Based on the test results, the system can be implemented in the area of 500 square meters with the speed of processing data is in a second and all the data is recorded as a history of each vehicle. Warning notifications can be sent to the users through Short Message Service.
