In unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flight control system, electromechanical integration technology is the key to ensure flight stability and safety. Data fusion technology, as an important part of mechatronics, plays a vital role in improving the flight performance of UAV. This article discusses the application of data fusion technology in UAV flight control system and its optimization method. By fusing data from different sensors, an efficient data fusion model is constructed in this study, aiming at improving the accuracy of UAV attitude estimation and location. Experimental results show that, compared with the traditional support vector machine (SVM) algorithm, the method proposed in this article is excellent in reducing the prediction error, and the average absolute error is reduced by $\mathbf{4 0. 1 1 \%}$, and the stability of the model is significantly enhanced. This research not only optimizes the flight control system of UAV, but also provides more solid technical support for the safe flight of UAV in a changeable and complex environment.
