A novel control scheme is proposed to address the control problem for the hypersonic vehicles with flexibility dynamics, uncertainties and external disturbances based on dynamic surface control (DSC) and extended state observer (ESO). First, the model of flexible hypersonic vehicle is presented and simplified to facilitate control system design. Then, the control system is decomposed into two subsystems and DSC is used as the baseline control approach. In order to improve robustness, ESO is utilized to estimate and further reject the composite disturbances. Finally, simulation results are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
