Considering the limitations and conditions of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle), such as mobile energy consumption, user coverage, user QoS requirements, the improved algorithm of UAV 3D deployment based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to simulate and find out the best deployment location of UAV. UAV needs to be deployed optimally according to the user's location. In the process of deployment, mobile energy consumption and path loss should be minimized to meet the needs of different user groups. The target area users are divided into several user groups according to Euclidean distance, and then the UAV is optimally deployed in each group. The simulation results show that the algorithm is effective and the communication system can be optimized by reasonable location deployment.
