In order to overcome the shortcoming of urban rail transit fire safety issues in the vulnerability, an improved method based on the improved theory of urban rail transit vulnerability assessment was proposed. First, the basic knowledge of the vulnerability of urban rail transit and its perturbation factors was introduced. Urban rail transit fire safety problem identification and control of the relevant three years of data were presented and applied. Second, a new method to verify the effectiveness of urban rail transit vulnerability control measures was given out. And it was employed into the urban rail transit control fire problem field. Third case analysis and validation of measures practice shows that method can solve urban rail transit fire safety problems related to the problem. And this work has of great significance in theory and practice.
