In the light of health vital negligence, Diabetes Mellitus is predominating this era. Preventing Pre-diabetes is hard since the symptoms and signs are unclear. Continuous blood sugar monitoring has a strong significance in the management of Diabetes and dysglycemic patients. In the etiology of obesity-related diabetes, heart rate and oxygen saturation also play a role in gearing the risky proposition in health. The noninvasive InfraRed Ring (IR-RING) continuously monitors the blood glucose levels, heartbeat rate and oxygen saturation in real-time. Heart rate is also monitored because heart rate differs between glycaemic groups. It is based on the theoretical concept of Beer Lambert's law. The IR-Ring uses an ESP32 microcontroller along with a MAX30100 sensor module. The microcontroller Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is used for data transmission and coded using Arduino IDE 1.8.16. The health vital values are displayed on the smartphone APP, developed using Nrf connect. This way the vitals can be shared with caretakers or physicians to keep a record of their health, which solves the most common second barrier, keeping track.
