This research has been conducted for the critical road conditions in the area of Almaty region. This region is highly influenced by the Trans-Ili Alatau mountain branch of the Tian Shan Mountains extends from China and Kyrgyzstan into Almaty Region, along its southern border with Kyrgyzstan. With the mountainous road condition, the weather condition of (+35° to − 25°C) added addition necessity of the extra precautions. These lead to this research work, to monitor the road and broadcast the vital information for the drivers. To achieve this goal, a device has been designed and implemented in the car. This device is capable of collecting the road conditions data set like ditches, potholes, tubercles, icy condition, black ice, gully erosion, with location information and/or any human interrupted specific data. To visualize these information standard Google Map's API has been used. The readable Google Map apps will create the final information which is real time driving information for the driver. The effectiveness of this system will improve driving safety and increasing situational awareness on the roads. By-product of this system can be used by the communication ministry for the sessional maintenance of the road communication systems of the country.
