with the improvement of power electronics technology, motor drive technology has also developed rapidly. A reliable overcurrent protection method is a prerequisite for ensuring the performance of the drive system. Aiming at the respective shortcomings of traditional methods for overcurrent protection, overcurrent protection method of permanent magnet synchronous motor driver. A software-hardware overcurrent protection method for permanent magnet synchronous motor driver is proposed. The article content covers the scheme design and principle analysis. Finally, experimental verification is completed on a certain motor platform. The results show that when the overcurrent situation occurs due to abnormal working conditions, the softwarehardware cooperative overcurrent protection method can achieve the protection and stop the system in time, providing support for improving the safety and stability of electronic control systems.
