The thermal reliability of servo control drivers is an important link in the thermal reliability of aerospace aerodynamic control electromechanical servo systems, and the modeling and simulation analysis of their thermal characteristics are rarely studied. This article combines the model of aerospace power control electromechanical servo system to establish a thermal simulation model of servo control driver, and compares and analyzes the simulation results with actual experimental results. When applying slow position signals and fast sweep signals, the error between the simulated model servo control driver’s rising temperature and the actual test results is within 3 ° C, which verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the simulation model. It has significant significance for guiding the thermal design of aerospace power control electromechanical servo system control drivers and improving the power density of aerospace power control electromechanical servo system control drivers.
