Railway Logistics Alliance is an innovative development model of railway logistics enterprises. To ensure that the Railway Logistics Alliance can maintain long-term operation, the key is to solve the problem of income distribution within the alliance. Considering that there is excessively considered fairness and dispensing in the current income distribution method, three differences between government railway freight enterprises and private logistics enterprises are analyzed by examples: the operating costs of logistics enterprises, customer satisfaction coefficients, and undertake default The risk factor is made by improving the difference between the Shapley value method and the hierarchical method, which has been corrected to the production of the railway logistics enterprises and the two private logistics enterprises in the railway logistics, and finally compare the Shapley value of the improvement. Distribution plan, found that the revenue of government railway freight companies has increased by 916,960 yuan, while the private logistics enterprises A revenue decreased by 904,250 yuan, and the B returns of logistics enterprises were less than 12,710 yuan.
