The operation of the ultrasonic motor exhibits obvious nonlinearity and time-varying characteristics, in order to achieve good control performance of ultrasonic motor, it is necessary to adapt to its characteristics of the control strategy support. In this paper, according to the characteristics of ultrasonic motor, the norm optimal iterative learning control strategy is applied to the speed control of ultrasonic motor, and the control strategy is improved. The norm optimal iterative learning control strategy combines the learning ability of iterative learning control with the optimization idea, which can better deal with the nonlinear and time-varying of the controlled object. The simulation results show that the above control strategy can effectively deal with the influence of non-repetitive disturbance and the change of motor model parameters, and the speed control performance of ultrasonic motor is good.
