Integral photography (IP) is an attractive method of autostereoscopic 3D display because it provides continuous viewpoints and does not require any special glasses. In a conventional IP, the display system is composed of two parts: pickup and reconstruction. Using a lens array, elemental images of an object are recorded on the film and reconstructed. In a real-time IP, devices such as CCD cameras or LCD panels substitute for the film.
