Aiming at the problems of complexity of off-road vehicle passability indexes, single evaluation method and imprecise evaluation results, etc. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of off-road vehicle passability was established based on analytical hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Using AHP to solve the problem of unclear hierarchy and uncertain weighting of off-road vehicle passability indicators. The use of binary comparison method and affiliation function method solves the problem of quantifying qualitative indicators and standardizing income and consumption indicators among quantitative indicators. Through comprehensive evaluation of three types of off-road vehicles passing test cases, the comprehensive scores and rankings of the three types of off-road vehicles are obtained, and the comparison with the actual shows that the model is accurate and feasible.
