As the most efficient and convenient mode, the development of aviation transportation determines the circulation efficiency and agglomeration capacity of regional economic in China. Therefore, continuously improving the aviation accessibility is an effective way to increase efficiency. This paper aims to put forward the evaluation indexes for aviation accessibility through four dimensions: travel time required, network coverage, flight density and flight balance. Here two models are established: minimum access time model and accessibility level based on TOPSIS. By incorporating route networks and flight schedules into the models, we can objectively evaluate the shortcomings of current air operating, assess the contribution of air transport to passenger travel experience and also city competitiveness improvement. The goal is to further enhance the supply efficiency and quality of air transport, meet the increasingly diverse, personalized, and high-quality demands of travelers and drive social progress.
