A 10% increase in the relative fuel price would decrease the utilization rate of SEP by 6.6%, MEP by 2.3%, and piston by 6%, respectively • The growth of economy is another important factor that is positively correlated with the utilization of piston engine aircraft In our models, this factor has a greater impact on MEP aircraft.
