Today, capable remote sensing systems are being developed for space applications. Due to the efficiency of systems, the number of CubeSats has increased. With the development of technology, many mission payloads can be placed on CubeSats. The image quality obtained from CubeSats are constantly improving. Nowadays, optical system mission payloads for earth observation purposes are frequently used in CubeSats. Systems that are integrated into CubeSats of the optical telescope payload subsystem; It has given CubeSats the ability to obtain high resolution images. In this study, capable remote sensing systems are examined and their working mechanisms are explained. Examples of the payloads used in CubeSats are given and their technical details are shared. Reflector optical telescope payload subsystem was designed for CubeSats, analysis results were obtained and ground analysis was performed. The payload is in 12U standards and is ~4 kg. The primary mirror diameter is 190mm, the primary focal length is 300mm, the effective focal length is 1000mm, and the focal ratio is f/5.26316. The payload has ground sampling distance 2.08 m, ground resolution distance 4.006736842 m at an altitude of 400 km and specify quality factor for imaging 0.5191256831.
