In this paper, the geometric parameters of twisted pair in practical problems are uncertain. Monte Carlo (MC) method is used to analyze the crosstalk under uncertain conditions. Firstly, the crosstalk calculation model of twisted-wire pairs (TWP) should be built based on transmission line theory and structural characteristics of twisted-wire pairs. Then select one frequency point in low frequency and high frequency respectively, and use Monte Carlo method to analyze the value of twisted-wire pairs crosstalk model in these two frequency points. According to the characteristic statistical parameters of the random model at the selected frequency points, the distribution range of crosstalk and the maximum possible value are predicted. It provides theoretical guidance for electromagnetic compatibility design of electrical and electronic equipment using twisted-wire pairs.
