Indian traffic police are not strict with such riders when they break the law by not wearing helmets because of their exhausting duties. In this paper, the technique for identifying motorcycle riders without helmets is described. With this technique, it is possible to discriminate between motorcycles and non-motorcycles on traffic signals based on their area and aspect ratio. To locate the helmet, a blob is first recognized and categorized. To determine whether non-registered bikes are commonly present in the city, traffic control center staff may also look for extra riders on two-wheelers and look for automobiles without license plates. The newly discovered Yolo v5 algorithm completes all categorization, and we get mail notifications.
