The present invention relates to a stator having an excellent heat dissipation effect since an insulator (or bobbin) which insulates between a stator core and a coil is formed by using an insulating and heat-dissipating composite material having both heat dissipation performance and insulating performance, and a propeller driving apparatus and aircraft using the stator. The propeller driving apparatus comprises: a radial gap-type BLDC motor having an inner rotor-outer stator structure, in which a rotor is arranged inside a stator in a circumferential shape with an airgap interposed therebetween; and a propeller installation bracket for installing the propeller on the rotary shaft of the motor, wherein the stator comprises: a stator core having an annular back yoke having a certain width so as to form a magnetic circuit and a plurality of teeth extending from the back yoke in the direction toward the center; an insulator formed to surround the outer circumferential surface, on which a coil is to be wound, in each of the plurality of teeth; and a stator coil wound on the outer circumferential surface of the insulator in each of the plurality of teeth. The insulator is formed of the insulating and heat-dissipating composite material having both heat dissipating performance and insulating performance.

    La présente invention concerne un stator doté d'un excellent effet de dissipation de chaleur, un isolant (ou bobine) qui isole l'espace entre un noyau de stator et une bobine étant constitué d'un matériau composite isolant et dissipateur de chaleur ayant à la fois des performances d'isolation et de dissipation de chaleur, et un appareil d'entraînement d'hélice ainsi qu'un aéronef faisant appel au stator. L'appareil d'entraînement d'hélice comprend : un moteur BLDC du type à entrefer radial ayant une structure à rotor interne et à stator externe, dans laquelle un rotor est disposé à l'intérieur d'un stator selon une forme circonférentielle avec un entrefer interposé entre eux ; et un support d'installation d'hélice pour installer l'hélice sur l'arbre rotatif du moteur, le stator comprenant : un noyau de stator ayant une culasse arrière annulaire dont la largeur est déterminée de manière à former un circuit magnétique et une pluralité de dents s'étendant à partir de la culasse arrière dans la direction du centre ; un isolant conçu pour entourer la surface circonférentielle externe, sur laquelle une bobine doit être enroulée, dans chaque dent de la pluralité de dents ; et une bobine de stator enroulée sur la surface circonférentielle externe de l'isolant dans chaque dent de la pluralité de dents. L'isolant est constitué du matériau composite isolant et dissipateur de chaleur ayant à la fois des performances d'isolation et de dissipation de chaleur.

    본 발명은 스테이터 코어와 코일 사이를 절연하는 인슐레이터(또는 보빈)를 방열성능 및 절연성능을 동시에 갖는 절연성 방열복합재로 형성함에 따라 방열 효과가 우수한 스테이터, 이를 이용한 프로펠러 구동장치 및 항공기에 관한 것이다. 상기 프로펠러 구동장치는 스테이터의 내측에 로터가 에어갭을 두고 원주상으로 배치된 인너 로터-아우터 스테이터 구조의 레이디얼 갭 타입(Radial gap type)의 BLDC 모터; 및 상기 모터의 회전축에 프로펠러를 장착하기 위한 프로펠러 설치 브라켓;을 포함하며, 상기 스테이터는 자기회로를 형성하도록 소정의 폭을 갖는 환형의 백요크와 상기 백요크로부터 복수의 티스가 중심방향으로 뻗어 있는 스테이터 코어; 상기 복수의 티스 각각에서 코일이 권선될 외주면을 감싸도록 형성되는 인슐레이터; 및 상기 복수의 티스 각각에서 인슐레이터의 외주면에 권선되는 스테이터 코일;을 포함하며, 상기 인슐레이터는 방열성능 및 절연성능을 동시에 갖는 절연성 방열복합재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
