Disclosed are a system and method for recognizing river facilities using a drone according to an embodiment. The river facilities recognition system comprises: a moving device having a Lidar, a hyperspectral sensor, and an optical camera mounted thereon, acquiring distance information by using the Lidar while flying over a target investigation area, and acquiring a hyperspectral image and an optical image by using the hyperspectral sensor and the optical camera; and a relay device for recognizing river facilities by using the optical image while moving along the target investigation area according to the movement of the moving device, and verifying the recognized river facilities by using the distance information and the hyperspectral image.

    Un système et un procédé de reconnaissance d'installations de rivière à l'aide d'un drone sont divulgués selon un mode de réalisation. Le système de reconnaissance d'installations de rivière comprend : un dispositif mobile comprenant un lidar, un capteur hyperspectral, et une caméra optique montée sur ledit dispositif, acquérant des informations de distance à l'aide du lidar tout en volant au-dessus d'une zone d'étude cible, et acquérant une image hyperspectrale et une image optique à l'aide du capteur hyperspectral et de la caméra optique ; et un dispositif de relais permettant de reconnaître des installations de rivière à l'aide de l'image optique tout en se déplaçant dans la zone d'étude cible selon le déplacement du dispositif mobile, et permettant de vérifier les installations de rivière reconnues à l'aide des informations de distance et de l'image hyperspectrale.

    실시예에 의한 드론을 이용하여 하천 시설을 인식하기 위한 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 상기 하천 시설 인식 시스템은 라이다, 초분광 센서, 광학 카메라가 장착되고, 조사 대상 영역을 비행하면서 상기 라이다를 이용하여 거리 정보를 획득하고, 상기 초분광 센서와 상기 광학 카메라를 이용하여 초분광 영상과 광학 영상을 획득하는 이동 장치; 및 상기 이동 장치의 이동에 따라 상기 조사 대상 영역을 따라 이동하면서, 상기 광학 영상을 이용하여 하천 시설을 인식하고, 상기 인식된 하천 시설을 상기 거리 정보와 상기 초분광 영상을 이용하여 검증하는 중계 장치를 포함한다.
