A method for manufacturing an eco-friendly buoy according to one embodiment disclosed in the present document comprises the steps of: providing an internal structure; attaching an upper sheath and a lower sheath to the upper and lower surfaces of the internal structure, respectively; heating a side sheath and then attaching the side sheath to the internal structure; and combining a portion in which the side sheath and the upper sheath overlap each other and a portion in which the side sheath and the lower sheath overlap each other. The upper sheath, the lower sheath, and the side sheath are made of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polystyrene (PS), and the internal structure may include a foamed resin of the same type of material as the upper sheath, the lower sheath, and the side sheath.

    Un procédé de fabrication d'une bouée respectueuse de l'environnement selon un mode de réalisation divulgué dans le présent document comprend les étapes de : fourniture d'une structure interne ; fixation d'une gaine supérieure et d'une gaine inférieure respectivement, aux surfaces supérieure et inférieure de la structure interne ; chauffage d'une gaine latérale puis fixation de la gaine latérale à la structure interne ; et combinaison d'une partie dans laquelle la gaine latérale et la gaine supérieure se chevauchent et d'une partie dans laquelle la gaine latérale et la gaine inférieure se chevauchent. La gaine supérieure, la gaine inférieure et la gaine latérale sont constituées de polypropylène (PP), de polyéthylène (PE) ou de polystyrène (PS), et la structure interne peut comprendre une résine expansée du même type de matériau que la gaine supérieure, la gaine inférieure et la gaine latérale.
