본 문서에 개시된 일 실시 예에 따른 친환경 부표의 제조 방법은 내부 구조물을 제공하는 단계, 내부 구조물의 상면 및 하면 각각에 상면 외피 및 하면 외피를 부착하는 단계, 측면 외피를 가열하여 내부 구조물에 측면 외피를 부착하는 단계, 및 측면 외피와 상면 외피가 오버랩되는 부분 및 측면 외피와 하면 외피가 오버랩되는 부분을 결합하는 단계를 포함하고, 상면 외피, 하면 외피 및 측면 외피는 PP(polypropylene), PE(polyethylene) 또는 PS(polystyrene)로 이루어지고, 내부 구조물은 상면 외피, 하면 외피 및 측면 외피와 동일한 계열의 발포 수지를 포함할 수 있다.

    A manufacturing method of an eco-friendly buoy according to an embodiment disclosed in the present document comprises: a step of providing an internal structure; a step of attaching upper and lower outer skins to the upper and lower surfaces of the internal structure, respectively; a step of attaching a side outer skin to the inner structure by heating the side outer skin; and a step of combining a portion in which the side outer skin and the upper outer skin overlap each other and a portion in which the side outer skin and the lower outer skin overlap each other. The upper, lower, and side outer skins are made of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polystyrene (PS). The internal structure includes a foamed resin of the same series as the upper, lower, and side outer skins. Accordingly, the durability of the buoy can be improved.
