The present invention provides a battery-cooling water heating device improved in a thermal fuse coupling structure, wherein a thermal fuse seated on a heating plate having a double-stacked plate structure is stably fixed using a fuse cover and the outer plate constituting the heating plate. That is, the heating plate comprises: a lower plate on which the thermal fuse is directly seated; and an upper plate which is stacked on the lower plate and has an upwardly open and bent fuse mounting hole formed to allow insertion of the fuse cover therein, wherein power can be supplied directly onto the heating plate. Therefore, the power blocking function of the fuse cover is enhanced, and components functioning as a conventional controller are excluded and thus simplification of components can be achieved.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage à eau de refroidissement de batterie amélioré dans une structure de couplage de fusible thermique, un fusible thermique reposant sur une plaque chauffante dotée d'une structure en plaque à double empilement étant fixé de façon stable à l'aide d'un couvercle de fusible et de la plaque extérieure constituant la plaque chauffante. Autrement dit, la plaque chauffante comporte: une plaque inférieure sur laquelle repose directement le fusible thermique; et une plaque supérieure qui est empilée sur la plaque inférieure et dotée d'un trou de montage de fusible ouvert vers le haut et coudé formé pour permettre l'insertion du couvercle de fusible dans celui-ci, une puissance pouvant être fournie directement sur la plaque chauffante. Par conséquent, la fonction de blocage de puissance du couvercle de fusible est renforcée, et des composants fonctionnant comme un moyen de commande conventionnel sont exclus et une simplification des composants peut ainsi être obtenue.

    본 발명은 이중으로 적층된 플레이트 구조를 갖는 가열 플레이트 상에 안착된 온도 퓨즈를 가열 플레이트를 이루는 외측 플레이트 및 퓨즈 커버를 이용하여 안정적으로 고정하게 하는 온도 퓨즈의 결합 구조가 개선된 배터리용 냉각수 가열 장치를 제공한다. 즉, 온도 퓨즈가 직접적으로 안착되는 하부 플레이트 및 상기 하부 플레이트 상에 적층되되 퓨즈 커버의 인입이 가능하도록 상부로 개방 절곡된 퓨즈 장착공이 형성된 상부 플레이트를 갖도록 가열 플레이트를 형성하고, 상기 가열 플레이트 상에 직접적인 전원 공급을 가능하게 함으로써 상기 퓨즈 커버의 전원 차단 기능을 강화하고, 종래의 제어기 기능을 하는 구성품을 제외하여 부품을 간소화한다.
