The present invention relates to a stack-type stator configured by forming coil patterns patterned on a multi-layer substrate, and an air purification system motor and blower using the same. The stack-type stator of the present invention comprises: the multi-layer substrate having a plurality of first through-holes; the plurality of coil patterns patterned in a spiral shape on each substrate of the multi-layer substrate so as to form a plurality of turns while respectively encircling the plurality of first through-holes; a stator yoke disposed at the lower part of the multi-layer substrate, and having a plurality of second through-holes at the positions corresponding to the first through-holes; and a plurality of split cores, each of which one side protrudes over the plurality of coil patterns formed on the uppermost layer of the multi-layer substrate and the other side is coupled to the second through-hole through the first through-hole.

    La présente invention se rapporte à un stator de type à empilement configuré par la formation de motifs de bobine formés sur un substrat multicouche, et à une soufflante et un moteur de système de purification d'air utilisant ledit stator. Le stator de type à empilement de la présente invention comprend : un substrat multicouche doté d'une pluralité de premiers trous traversants ; une pluralité de motifs de bobine formés en spirale sur chaque substrat du substrat multicouche de façon à former une pluralité de spires tout en encerclant respectivement la pluralité de premiers trous traversants ; une culasse de stator disposée au niveau de la partie inférieure du substrat multicouche et dotée d'une pluralité de seconds trous traversants au niveau des positions correspondant aux premiers trous traversants ; et une pluralité de noyaux divisés, un côté de chaque noyau de la pluralité de noyaux divisés faisant saillie sur la pluralité de motifs de bobine formés sur la couche supérieure du substrat multicouche et l'autre côté étant accouplé au second trou traversant par l'intermédiaire du premier trou traversant.

    본 발명은 다층 기판에 패터닝된 코일 패턴을 형성하여 구성한 적층형 스테이터 및 이를 이용한 공기 정화 시스템용 모터와 블로워에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 적층형 스테이터는 다수의 제1관통구멍을 갖는 다층 기판; 상기 다층 기판의 각 기판 위에 각각 상기 다수의 제1관통구멍을 둘러싸며 복수의 턴을 형성하도록 나선형상으로 패터닝된 다수의 코일 패턴; 상기 다층 기판의 하부에 배치되며, 상기 제1관통구멍에 대응하는 위치에 다수의 제2관통구멍을 갖는 스테이터 요크; 및 각각 상기 다층 기판의 최상층에 형성된 다수의 코일 패턴 위로 일측이 돌출되고 타측이 제1관통구멍을 통하여 제2관통구멍에 결합되는 다수의 분할 코어;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
