A direct current motor for a vehicle, according to the present invention, comprises: a cover assembly (10); a yoke assembly (30) having a lower housing (40) coupled with the cover assembly (10), and a plurality of excitation poles (31) arranged inside the cover assembly (10); an armature assembly (20) comprising an armature core (22) and upper and lower insulators (23, 24), the armature core (22) having a plurality of teeth (22A) around which coils (21) interacting with the excitation poles (31) are wound, and the upper and lower insulators (23, 24) coupling to the upper and lower portions, respectively, of the armature core (22); a commutator (50) installed on the lower side of the armature core (22) and having commutator segments (51) of which the number corresponds to the number of the excitation poles (31); a brush holder (60) arranged on the inner side of the lower housing (40) and comprising a brush (61) selectively making contact with the commutator (50) according to the rotation of the armature assembly (20); a rotational shaft (70) having the armature core (22) and the commutator (50) coupled thereto so as to rotate therewith; an up/down/left/right vibration and noise dampening buffer means (80) installed on the upper and lower portions, respectively, of the rotational shaft (70); a brush holder left/right vibration and noise dampening buffer means (90) installed on the brush holder (60) so as to be insertedly installed in a yoke cylindrical body (32) constituting the yoke assembly (30); a grounding means (110) comprising a power supply connector (100) coupled to a connector receiving part (63) formed on a support (62) of the brush holder (60); and an insulating means (120) installed so as to make surface-contact with the upper side of the commutator (50) installed in the center of the support (62) of the brush holder (60).
Un moteur à courant continu pour un véhicule, selon la présente invention, comprend : un ensemble capot (10) ; un ensemble fourche (30) ayant un boîtier inférieur (40) couplé à l'ensemble capot (10), et une pluralité de pôles d'excitation (31) disposés à l'intérieur de l'ensemble capot (10) ; un ensemble induit (20) comprenant un noyau d'induit (22) et des isolants supérieur et inférieur (23, 24), le noyau d'induit (22) ayant une pluralité de dents (22A) autour desquelles sont enroulées des bobines (21) coopérant avec les pôles d'excitation (31), et les isolants supérieur et inférieur (23, 24) se couplent aux parties supérieure et inférieure, respectivement, du noyau d'induit (22) ; un commutateur (50) installé sur le côté inférieur du noyau d'induit (22) et ayant des segments de commutateur (51) dont le nombre correspond au nombre des pôles d'excitation (31) ; un porte-balais (60) disposé sur le côté intérieur du boîtier inférieur (40) et comprenant un balai (61) entrant sélectivement en contact avec le commutateur (50) en fonction de la rotation de l'ensemble induit (20) ; un arbre rotatif (70) auquel sont couplés le noyau d'induit (22) et le commutateur (50) de façon à tourner avec celui-ci ; un moyen de tampon d'amortissement de bruit et de vibration vers le haut/le bas/la gauche/la droite (80) installé sur les parties supérieure et inférieure, respectivement, de l'arbre rotatif (70) ; un moyen de tampon d'amortissement de bruit et de vibration vers la gauche/la droite de porte-balais (90) installé sur le porte-balais (60) de manière à être installé par insertion dans un corps cylindrique de fourche (32) constituant l'ensemble fourche (30) ; un moyen de mise à la masse (110) comprenant un connecteur d'alimentation électrique (100) couplé à une partie de réception de connecteur (63) formée sur un support (62) du porte-balais (60) ; et un moyen d'isolation (120) installé de manière à entrer en contact de surface avec le côté supérieur du commutateur (50) installé au centre du support (62) du porte-balais (60).
본 발명에 따른 차량용 직류 모터는 커버 어셈블리(10); 상기 커버 어셈블리(10)와 결합되는 하부 하우징(40)과, 상기 커버 어셈블리(10) 내부에 배치되는 복수 개의 여자극(31)을 갖는 요크 어셈블리(30); 상기 여자극(31)과 상호 작용하는 코일(21)이 감기는 복수 개의 극치(22A)를 갖는 아마추어 코어(22)와, 상기 아마추어 코어(22) 상, 하부에 결합한 상, 하 인슐레이터(23)(24)를 포함한 아마추어 어셈블리(20); 상기 아마추어 코어(22) 하방에 설치되고, 여자극(31)과 대응하여 동일한 개수의 정류자 박막(51)을 갖는 정류자(50); 및 상기 하부 하우징(40) 내측에 배치되며, 상기 아마추어 어셈블리(20)가 회전함에 따라 상기 정류자(50)와 선택적으로 접촉되는 브러쉬(61)를 포함한 브러쉬 홀더(60); 상기 아마추어 코어(22)와 정류자(50)가 결합되어 함께 회전하는 회전축(70); 상기 회전축(70) 상, 하부 각각에 설치한 상, 하, 좌, 우 진동 및 소음 감쇄용 완충수단(80); 상기 브러쉬 홀더(60)에 설치하여 요크 어셈블리(30)를 구성하는 요크 원통체(32)에 끼워 설치하는 브러쉬 홀더 좌, 우 진동 및 소음 감쇄용 완충수단(90); 상기 브러쉬 홀더(60)의 지지체(62)에 형성한 컨넥터 안착부(63)에 결합한 전원 공급용 컨넥터(100)를 포함하는 접지수단(110); 및 상기 브러쉬 홀더(60)의 지지체(62) 중앙에 설치된 정류자(50)의 상방에 면접 되게 설치한 절연수단(120)을 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
