The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing a marine floating body from twisting when same is being moored in the water by controlling, within a set permitted limit, the tension acting on the ropes connected to the marine floating body, the apparatus comprising: a floating main body, connected to the ropes, for providing a space for marine work while fixed and floating on the water; winches, installed on the upper part of the floating main body, for rewinding from or unwinding into the water the rope fixing the floating main body; fairleads, each of which is installed on one part of the floating main body, for guiding the rope to the winch while having the rope pass through self; braking units, each of which is installed on one part of the floating main body separated by a set distance from the fairlead, through which, as well as through the fairlead, the rope is passed, and which controls, to a set speed, the speed with which the rope is rewound on the winch; and a controller, installed on one part of the floating main body and connected to the winches and braking units, for controlling the operations of same, wherein the braking units control, by means of pressure exerted by external forces, the speed with which the ropes are rewound by means of the winches to a set speed.

    La présente invention concerne un appareil destiné à empêcher un corps flottant marin de se tordre lorsqu'il est amarré dans l'eau en commandant, dans une limite autorisée définie, la tension qui agit sur les cordes reliées au corps flottant marin, l'appareil comprenant : un corps principal flottant, relié aux cordes, destiné à fournir un espace pour un travail maritime tout en étant fixé et flottant sur l'eau ; des treuils, installés sur la partie supérieure du corps principal flottant, destinés à enrouler ou dérouler dans l'eau la corde qui fixe le corps principal flottant ; des chaumards, chacun étant installé sur une partie du corps principal flottant, pour guider la corde jusqu'au treuil tout en étant traversé par la corde ; des unités de freinage, chacune étant installée sur une partie du corps principal flottant séparée d'une distance définie du chaumard, à travers laquelle, ainsi qu'à travers le chaumard, la corde est passée, et qui commande, à une vitesse définie, la vitesse avec laquelle la corde est réenroulée sur le treuil ; et un dispositif de commande, installé sur une partie du corps principal flottant et relié aux treuils et aux unités de freinage, destiné à en commander les opérations, les unités de freinage commandant, au moyen d'une pression exercée par des forces externes, la vitesse avec laquelle les cordes sont réenroulées au moyen des treuils à une vitesse définie.

    본 발명은 해상부유체를 해상에서 계류할 시에 해상부유체에 연결된 로프에 작용하는 장력을 설정된 허용한도로 제어하여 상기 해상부유체의 뒤틀림을 방지하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 로프에 연결되며 해상에서 고정되어 부유하면서 해상 작업을 위한 공간을 제공하는 부유본체; 상기 부유본체의 상부에 설치되어 상기 부유구조체를 고정시키는 상기 로프를 해상에서 회수하거나 풀어주는 윈치; 상기 부유본체의 일부분에 설치되며 상기 로프를 관통시키면서 상기 로프를 상기 윈치로 가이드 하는 페어리드; 상기 페어리드에 설정된 거리가 이격된 상태로 상기 부유본체의 일부분에 설치되며 상기 페어리드와 함께 상기 로프가 관통되고, 상기 로프가 상기 윈치로 회수되는 속도를 설정된 속도로 제어하는 제동유닛; 및 상기 부유본체의 일부분에 설치되며 상기 윈치와 상기 제동유닛에 연결되어 상기 윈치와 상기 제동유닛의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함하고, 상기 제동유닛은, 외력에 의한 가압으로 상기 윈치를 통해 회수되는 상기 로프의 회수속도를 설정된 속도로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
