Various embodiments provide an electronic device and a method therefor, the electronic device comprising: at least one memory; a communication interface; one or more sensors; a location module; and at least one processor functionally connected to the at least one memory, the communication interface, the one or more sensors, and the location module, wherein the at least one processor is configured to acquire sensing data from at least one sensor among the one or more sensors, estimate a vehicle on-boarding state on the basis of the sensing data, and recognize, on the basis of the estimated vehicle on-boarding state, a vehicle on-boarding state by using the communication interface or the location module. Other embodiments are also possible.

    Divers modes de réalisation concernent un dispositif électronique et un procédé associé, le dispositif électronique comprenant : au moins une mémoire ; une interface de communication ; un ou plusieurs capteurs ; un module de localisation ; et au moins un processeur fonctionnellement connecté à ladite mémoire, à l'interface de communication, audit capteur et au module de localisation, ledit processeur étant configuré pour acquérir des données de détection à partir d'au moins un capteur parmi lesdits capteurs, estimer un état d'embarquement de véhicule sur la base des données de détection, et reconnaître, sur la base de l'état d'embarquement de véhicule estimé, un état d'embarquement de véhicule au moyen de l'interface de communication ou du module de localisation. D'autres modes de réalisation sont également possibles.
